STAGES OF WORK

STEP 1

Meeting-getting to know the client at the facility or in the office, approving the KP and signing the contract. Coordination with the client of the technical specification for the project.

STEP 2

Departure of the architect to the object for measurements and photo/ video fixation. Collecting the necessary documentation for the design.

STEP 3

Preparation of planning solutions for the object and preparation of references with the style of the future space. Coordination with the client.

STEP 4

Creating 3D realistic visualizations of rooms. As well as creating videos with the ability to immerse yourself in virtual reality and walk around the future space (VR reality).

STEP 5

Preparation of an album of working drawings, including plans with dimensions, materials and sheets of finishing coatings and furniture. Development of drawings for custom-made furniture.

DURATION OF WORKS

Duration of works depends on the area and complexity of the property unit.:

Area of 50-100 sq. m. ≈ 2-3 months
Area of 100-200 sq. m. ≈ up to 4 months
Area more than 200 sq. m. ≈ more than 4 months
