STAGES OF WORK

STEP 1: KP AND SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT

Meeting-getting to know the client in the office, approving the KP and signing the contract. Meeting of architects and the client at the facility, survey of the territory and preparation of technical specifications (TOR) for the project, approval of the budget for implementation.

STEP 2: MEASUREMENTS OF THE OBJECT

Departure of surveyors to the object for measurements and photo / video fixation. Collecting the necessary documentation for the design.

STEP 3: PLANNING SOLUTIONS

Preparation of the album "CONCEPT". At this stage, 2 variants of the planning solution of the object are being worked out, a selection of stylistic analogues of all future zones on the site is being formed, as well as real finishing materials, lamps, small architectural forms, decor are being selected.

STEP 4: 3D VISUALIZATION

Preparation of the album "3D VISUALIZATION". Creating 3D visualizations of an object that reflect the future idea of landscape design as much as possible. 

With an additional request, we develop a video where there is an opportunity to immerse yourself in virtual reality and walk through the future landscape (VR reality).

STEP 5: PREPARING AN ALBUM WITH DRAWINGS

Includes:

• Scheme of the General Improvement Plan.

• Center drawing (binding and dimensions of tracks, platforms, binding of projected structures and MAFS).

• Landscaping plan + planting drawing (layout by type of plantings).

• Assortment list of planting material.

• Plan of road surfaces and paving (types of road surfaces and paving, structural sections of road surfaces, including nodes, junctions).

• Specification of finishing materials of coatings.

• Plan of arrangement of lighting equipment (breakdown of lamps into groups: duty lighting, decorative, main).

• Specification of lighting elements (with the selection of specific fixtures).

• POR (plan of relief organization, directions and values of slopes, zero marks of buildings, marks of exits and corners of buildings, red and black design marks).

• PZM (plan of earth masses).

• Scheme of automatic watering of the territory + specification.

• Scheme of drainage system (surface drainage for drainage of water from the surface of the site and plant protection) + specification.

• Storm system diagram + specification.

STEP 6: PREPARING AN ALBUM WITH DRAWINGS

Preparation of a comprehensive estimate for the complete set, which will include the cost of all plants, finishing materials, decor, as well as the cost of gardening: planting plants, arranging flower beds, lawns.

Design time: 2-3 months (the object is up to 50 acres)
